1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Nicolíe (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered under the laws of Denmark.
By accessing or using our website (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
2. Purchases & Payments
When purchasing any artificial flowers or related products through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information, including payment details, billing address, and shipping information.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Orders can be placed 24/7, except during maintenance or technical downtime.
The total purchase amount will be authorized at checkout and captured only when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or unavailable stock. If payment has already been authorized, it will be released or refunded accordingly.
Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Ideal, and Ban Contact.
3. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch orders within one business day, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
For deliveries outside the EU, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
We use third-party carriers such as GLS, DAO, PostNord, DHL, and UPS. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Partial deliveries may occur if items are shipped from different locations.
4. Claims & Defective Products
You have the right to file a claim for defective or faulty products for up to 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If the claim is valid, we may, at our discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Exchange it for a similar item
• Issue a refund
To process a claim, the product must be returned in appropriate packaging. A return shipping label will be provided.

Boutiques operated by Nicolíe (now or in the future) are not obligated to accept online returns or claims. Items may still need to be returned to our warehouse.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with seals intact. Used products or items with broken seals are not eligible for return.
You must notify us of your intention to return an item before sending it back, either via email at info@nicoliedeluxe.com
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Vouchers & Discounts
Promotional vouchers and discount codes are subject to specific conditions and may be limited in time, quantity, or product eligibility.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Any misuse, fraud, or manipulation of vouchers or promotions may result in order cancellation, withdrawal of benefits, or permanent restriction from our webshop
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Nicolíe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
8. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices and assume no liability for any damage arising from their use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicolíe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights under Danish or EU law.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
